You bring us any inspiration, ideas, concepts, photos or drawings you may have and we’ll work with you to prepare a 3D sketch of your project. We offer our products in a range of wood species and will ensure we pay attention to every last detail of your frame. There will be some back and forth with your adjustments until we get your design just right. Then, we’ll send you a detailed quote for your approval.

We’ll prepare a contract specific for your project that will outline the Scope of Work, a description of the Engineer process, Pricing, Payment and Expected Completion Date.

The finalized drawings are sent to you for your final approval. Once done, we submit a complete package to the Engineer for approval. After the stamped drawings are received, we order your timbers and wait for delivery to our shop.

Once we receive your custom timber order, we start cutting the traditional joinery by hand as per our shop drawings. Any finishing work is done in our shop (oil, clear coat, etc.) but we’ll also apply a final coat at the site.

We’ll make an initial site visit to ensure the site is ready and accessible to receive the timbers. Once confirmed, we’ll deliver your timbers to the site. Then, the moment you’ve been waiting for - we raise your frame.
